Create your own take on a classic country jacket with The Duke paper sewing pattern. Choose tweed or wool for a traditional look, corduroy or denim for everyday wear, or linen and cotton for a lighter summer version.
The design features four external pockets, optional front yokes, a back yoke, two-piece sleeves, double box pleats at the back and a half belt. Make it lined or unlined, then add your personal touch with contrast fabrics, elbow patches or statement buttons.
The instructions cover construction, lining, fitting adjustments and creative pattern hacks. A test garment is recommended to check the fit before cutting your chosen fabric.
- To fit chest sizes: 34, 38, 42, 46, 50 and 54 inches.
- Finished chest measurements: 40, 44, 48, 52, 56 and 60 inches respectively.
- Seam allowance: 1cm unless otherwise stated.
